Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 1 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup uncooked steel cut oats (quick oats are fine too)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
Add the milk, honey, peanut butter and blend until smooth. Stir in the salt, oats, and any spices you want to add in. Cover tightly and store in an airtight container until the next day—or keep it refrigerated for up to five days.
